I never got my tent. I emailed the company and nothing. Just took my money.
Scam company, I too have never received the product nor a refund.
I order 2 mats on July 7 and still haven’t received them I emails them no response I call the phone number and it’s out of service people don’t buy from this company there are scams I already report them to Consumers Affairs ..
I ordered from them back in August and I still have not received my order. I received an email stating it was sent back due to wrong address. I submitted a request and they keep sending me the same email so that I can fill my address so they can reship.I did it and I still have not received anything. I believe they are scammers. Do not buy from them!!
How long after you order are you suppose to receive the tent?
I believe they are scammers. Don’t buy from them. I never received my order.
