Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I have purchased 2 items, which I never received. My account has been charged and the only message I received when claiming my order, was that the parcel had been delivered a week ago. I received a few emails notifying me that my order had been despatched. I even received a tracking no. but no tracking link. I have sent several emails claiming a solution, but so far without any reply. The contact phone no. doesn’t answer either. I will never purchase through this company again!
