The website, mallzapstore.com, formerly mallzap.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Ordered 2 shavers, 4 weeks ago.. contacted them numerous times. Get a email telling me it is enroute. Still NO response.. am contacting my credit card company..I was scammed. Never ordering from anyone on line, except stores I know .
I didn't receive my leather restorer cream. So made contact by email and told to send my details back so I did but hadn't got reference number. Now having to go through another department to explain again. They are telling me that I don't exist!
