The website, www.oxanne.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

    I purchased bunion correcter shoes, beware the product is a really poor quality product and Oxanne.com does not honour their return policy. Do not be fooled by professional looking website. Once they have your money they keep it!

    They use a fake delivery address and will never refund your money. I notified them 2 days after receiving my delivery and had nothing but stupid - arguments and suggestions back from them delaying my being able to return the items - then they suggested I had the goods so long I should give them to a family member as no return was possible.

    I was Barely able to interpret English used which is a complete contrast to sophisticated website. This is a scam site and buying from Oxanne.com compromise your credit card security and give them your money, you will not get anything back from them worth owning!

    I should have known better.

    DO NOT buy anything from this online company! I foolishly ordered sandals from them and waited weeks for them to arrive. They were a very cheap knockoff of the pictured sandal & had a terrible chemical smell, plus they fit very poorly. I have sent them multiple emails & they will not give me a return address. I am so mad at myself for wasting this money!

    Do not buy anything from Oxanne.com, products they sell are very poor quality - do not honour their return policy and provide a fake shipping address for returns. You will not be satisfied with the merchandise-and you will not get a refund, your money is gone!

    I had ordered a pair of sandals from Oxanne and received a very smelly, very ugly pair of shoes with no support whatsoever.

    They advertise that the shoe will correct foot problems when the board hard sole does nothing but compound issues with the feet.

    I requested a refund within 30 days and offered to mail the shoes back.

    They responded with an offer of a $3.00 USD refund and that I should keep the shoes or give them away.

    I have sent multiple messages and they refuse to offer any more than $3 even though it says on their website that they have a full refund policy.

    This website is a scam and they do not follow what they say on their website and their product is very inferior and improperly advertised.
