I ordered a Scoot, 8/10/19, was paid for by credit card 8/11/19! It’s billed to, been a month, no word, no Scoot scooter & calls not Answered!
and I the same scooter, this company appears to be scammers & untrustworthy
Can anybody tell me how to go about requesting a refund? I called my bank and the transaction already went through. Sunday night to monday morning WTH.
I used a cc. I have to do paper work for dispute.Your bank should be told immediately! They can reverse the charges.Unless they have already wipeout bank account.

I unfortunately fell for this, and paid $179 yesterday, the order details and website is not accessible from my receipt.Going to dispute charges, but I have to wait. Sh**!
This company is a fraud.
I doubt that one could even ship a 1000 pound, 7.8' long x 4' wide, electric car (or anything) for $179 USD. So, it is quite unlikely that this is not a scam. Yes, at this price, I wanted one also.
I just ordered the electric car called the scoot. Now I find this. I can stop payment today. I would really love to have it if it’s a legitimate place. Please advise
