Is Fanwish a Scam or Untrustworthy Online Jersey Store?

I ordered 3 jerseys on December 5th, 2025 (it is currently January 25th, 2026) and still haven’t received them. I keep emailing and I was told customs had them and fanwish would resend them. Still haven’t received them or been notified if they shipped yet or anything. This is getting ridiculous! My son was supposed to get one of the jerseys for Christmas and still hasn’t.

Been trying to phone them to order a jersey. 518 is an Ontario Canada area code. I don't have a PayPal account so I want to pay over the phone. When I dial the number I get a number doesn't exist message. I live in Scotland and it's next to impossible to get NHL stuff here. I'm guessing it's a scam site. Glad I didn't get through.

Scam I never received any jerseys from this company they say never got the money was taken out of my account went to a company in Nebraska. Tried calling them no answer so Ian screwed .

Should I order a jersey

Yeah I have ordered a bunch. It takes longer even with express.. 1-3weeks shipping.. but if you buy a few items at once shipping was the same as if I bought 1 jersey. Hope this helps.

I ordered shoes jersey’s sweatshirts all with official logos and tags. Nothing is verified so I assume it’s not real but the quality is great. Takes a while due to customs inspections. It can be in customs for up to two weeks before being released. Worth the wait. I keep ordering. Best site I’ve found to get current trends.

I ordered a jersey on 12/24/2021. January 6th, 2022 nothing. I called their two service numbers, one listed on the website and one on my email. I called for 2 days from 9 am - 9 pm NY time. No answer. Both numbers listed in the United States. Area code 609 Pine Valley, CA and area code 518 Colonie, NY. I finally emailed. Their Response was my order did not go through and I should re-order via my iPhone or iPad, not from my computer. My computer is not an Apple product. So why only an Apple device? 🤔WHAT? Also, if I ordered by Western Union I will get a 10% discount. Are you kidding me right now?

So, what is the problem? Other than scam or totally unreliable company. 🤨 There is no address on the website, actually it is made to look as if the company is American based. My email had Chinese writing on it, as I expected (duh 😄) I logged a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. I am writing reviews wherever I can to share my experience with Fanwish.cn. I hope this helps.

Be patient they take a couple months because they come from china I have ordered 4 jerseys from n 2 different shipments and they have all come just take a while

how do I contact fanwish? phone just keeps ringing never any answer. I have made a number of orders in the past but was shorted on my last order, just trying to contact them to correct the issue.

No it's not a scam I received my order on yesterday they will ask you how do you wanna track your package and they update you to let you know where and when it's coming.

I ordered from there b4 I believe with my card but now its just showing western union..How does tht go about bc its saying my order is confirm & I dont have a western union acct..It shows still pending

I have ordered from fanwish.com. always received my order and when I haven't, they did refund my money. Takes a while to receive.

First time purchasing I Will never order from fanwish again!been waiting around 60 days and they still can't tell me when I will get my 2 jerseys or if I'll ever get them!!!! one excuse after another

I've ordered several jerseys from them.
More than 60 and have been 100% satisfied.
I know some people had slow delivery but my stuff usually arrives in 14 days .
Customer service is excellent and the jerseys are always grade A.

I havent purchased hoodies or sneakers but the NFL NBA and NHL stuff is top quality

I was happy to see phone numbers listed because this meant an actual person to speak to. Alas, No answer from either service number for two days. 609 area code Pine Valley, CA and 518 area code Colonie, NY. makes you thing they are an American based company.

I emailed and the response was that my order did not go through, meanwhile I had an order confirmation. They suggested I order from my iPhone or iPad not my desktop, (red flag #1) also suggested ordering through Western Union (red flag #2) with a 10% discount. What? For me there is no custoMer service if they do not answer the phone.

Their goods look real but they are fake, they not officially licensed jersey made by Niki. I got a jersey from China through that site found out China been making up official jerseys its a scam but they sure do look real no one can notice the difference

All of my Jerseys that I have ordered are real and also made by Nike. I can tell is because I would go to lids and and take pics. Then order 🤷‍♂️

I ordered jerseys from them 2 different occasions no complaints got my stuff in about 2 weeks total of about 14 jerseys. they contacted me because one was sold out and they replaced it with my next choice I sent them 3 options via email I have had no issue what so ever with them I'm a satisfied customer! I recommend them to anyone looking for jerseys

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed an order on April 21st and still haven’t received it almost 2 months later! I doubt I ever will.

The hoodies are junk with peel off logos on them. Not near as nice as the originals. I will not buy from them again.
