Growice located at growice.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.     I ordered three vests at the end of 2019 - the homepage was very appealing and the selection was appealing.

    Then the trouble began - after a long wait, a package landed in the mailbox at the beginning of March 2020 - containing an item from my order. I'm still waiting for the other two vests.

    The bad news came at the end of March 2020 - item sold out, unfortunately it can no longer be delivered. Logically, I am still waiting for the refund to this day - countless emails to customer service - an answer follows with a "sleazy niceness" and each email is a different name as the contact person in the sender's note.

    I'm really assuming that I won't get the $ 60 anymore - an absolute cheek, they've had the money from me for months - Shi ... and keep my hands off it.

    Unfortunately I did NOT find the unfavorable reviews About Growice until AFTER I placed an order with them in November of 2019. Two and a half months later no merchandise - only more excuses and more run arounds. I paid with Paypal so hopefully I am protected from this crooked business. DO NOT BUY from these people.

    They never sent my product,the keep giving me excuses its been almost two months nd when I asked them to cancel my order they sent its in dispute!

    Just scam, placed an order two months ago and nothing happens. Now the website is down, no wonder...

    Do not purchase anything from growice.Com. They are an on line vendor aand it is a complete sham. I read several other reviews on line, after my aattempted purchase, and they have cheated countless customers. I waited several months for my purchase and their only response was "in processing.

    Do not purchase from this on line store. It is a compete sham. They refuse to refund my order and have never had it in stock. They are criminals.

    They keep telling me that my item is not in stock, but never tell me when I am going to receive it. Really angry with Facebook allowing them to advertise .

    Growice sent me the wrong product. Then, they kept asking me to provide them pictures of the wrong product that they sent me...four times! I sent the pictures. Then, they asked what the SKU was for the product. Ummm, look it up in your system! But I sent the SKU, two times!

    I wonder if their strategy to is to send the wrong product and then keep requesting images of what they incorrectly sent until the buyer just gives up. DO NOT buy anything from growice.com

    Counterfeit garbage, images are stolen directly from the sites of quality merchants and are in no way representative of the c**p you'll in fact receive... don't be fooled by the fools!
