Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I just want my money back, how can I do that. I have been waiting three months for a product and I can’t get anyone to email me back or talk to me I don’t make a lot of money and this was a pretty expensive product.
I’m sure the quality is going to be sh**t though. I’ve already taken my money so do I just call my financial institution and get them to refund it like how do I do this

  Tell your bank what you told us. And, do it quickly.
  "I have been waiting three months for a product and I can’t get anyone to email me back or talk to me..."
  Your bank will research and take necessary actions.

I ordered boots from encircles. I finally received them after almost 8 weeks, which I am glad I at least received some boots. However, they are not anything like what I ordered. They were supposed to be a carved leather boot, with an antique green color and a regular boot type heel. I received a black boot with a stitched design, and a short dress shoe type heel. I have sent them an email complaint, and am waiting for a response.
