Can someone tell me if Cundari Gino LLP located at cundariginoajllp.com, which claims to be a law firm in Canada, is a scam or not? The newly created website was registered 36 days by someone in the Ukraine, not Canada. And, I have seen plenty of scams online using their telephone number: 1-647-660-1228.

Gino was a client of mine and the Firm was shut down since may of 2020. He is retired and resides in Toronto. My company received this as well. Fake!
It’s a fake company. I received a letter from them saying that they had a client who got an accident and died and now they can’t reach his family to claim his high amount insurance so they just find someone who share the same nationality and similar name spelling and ask if the person wants to claim the insurance they can help with but needs to share the money with them... 100% fake and so stupid!
Here is another website "kayrobertlawoffice.com" with the same phonenumber: kayrobertlawoffice.comIt is a fake to get money from German people.I think that is a fraud.
