The website www.billingcheckout.com is a very suspicious one and I do not recommend entering your personal or credit card information on it. This website is located in China. The website seems to be a bogus payment processor and is used many bogus Chinese websites to process fraudulent credit card transactions.

Legitimate companies do not register their domain names for one year. One year is the minimum registration period for a domain name and scammers usually register domain names for this minimum period because they know their fraudulent schemes will be noticed and their websites taken down by then.
