Bought pair of golf shoes on Facebook ad paid via PayPal in August. Have been emailing support for chaser or refund every week, they kept on telling me to be patient. Now no reply from them. Definitely scam. Have contacted PayPal for advice, PayPal replied in French. I contacted PayPal requested English version over a month ago, still haven’t heard from PayPal.This scammer company put an ad on Facebook with no intention of providing the goods. Facebook had their money and wash their hands. As a consumer, we have no protection whatsoever.
Several companies advertising the same winter coat on Facebook and also YouTube. The so tact details for all are the same - contactus24. However when queried they claim not to be the same company! Ordered a coat, but didn’t get any despatch details until I asked them to cancel and refund as nothing had arrived, when miraculously they said it had been despatched. Chinese company. I won’t hold my breath. Am trying to get my money back through my bank after cancelling my card.
