Cybercriminals are sending out thousands of fake "Your Amazon.Com Order Cannot Be Shipped" emails like the one below. Therefore, recipients are asked not to click on the links in these emails because they will be taken to a fake Amazon website. On the fake website, visitors will be asked to sign-in with their Amazon account credentials. And, if they do, their account credentials will be sent the cybercriminals behind the fake emails.

This is why Amazon customers asked to go directly to www.amazon.com and sign in to their account from there, instead of clicking on a link that may take them to a phishing website.

For Amazon customers who have already been tricked by the scam, it is recommended that they change their password immediately before their accounts are hijacked and used fraudulently.
