I pay with PayPal back in November and still haven't gotten it a d they said they ship it out in November and says to contact them go to their website, but every time I click on it, nothing, so how do I get my money back?

Try opening a dispute with PayPal. Open a dispute in the Resolution Center to get the process started. Go to:
