I had a call yesterday morning and hung up, and again today and it went to voicemail. Threatens criminal proceedings etc. Have blocked the number. Is there somewhere it can be reported so that they are actually caught? I’d also like to know where the data leak is that means they have my phone number...

I always Google phone numbers before answering, glad I did in this case! They left an automated voicemail which sounded extremely robotic and requesting I call them or face legal action. Will be blocking this number based on comments above, can do without harassment!

I had a call from this number today, they leave an automated voicemail which advises you need to speak with an office of Jane Taylor.

I called the number, which gets bounced to an international number.

They gave up on the scam when I called them on it but were extremely c***y and said they haven't been caught in 20 years of doing it.. Don't share any information with these people.

I have just received a call from this number, it is an automated message saying I need to call it back or my solicitor does. I listened through to the end, it then rang me again. I answered and hung up.

no option to press, just to call the number back
