After a month I sent a email to this company asking where my product was and explaining to them that I hadn’t received it yet. Well there was no response. I received a wig 2 months later and it was nothing like the wig that I purchased. It was the wrong color and style. The wig that I ordered had no bangs. This wig had bangs and it wasn’t my style. I wouldn’t never wear it , not even for Halloween. I was so upset and disappointed. I emailed the company again and expressed my disappointment with the wig that I received. Well again no response until about 2wks and they asked me to send photos or videos of the wig in which I immediately did and email it back to them. I haven’t heard anything from them at all and them at all. I lost my money and never received the wig that I ordered. I will never order anything from this company again. They’re very untrustworthy. It’s sad that they’re companies operating like this.
