Huatmee located at huatmee.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution and open a dispute with them to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I have also been scammed! (Order #HM14820) I ordered since Sep 20 for the Body Deep Muscle Massager. I emailed them 3x for an update.....no response and no product! I hope the proper authorities shut them down!

I had ordered for Body deep muscle massager on 28sep 2020. After paying online through master card, I received email with order number HM16071. Since then no email from them. I send three reminders to support-houmeee.com for tracking number and to get the latest update on my package. I never received any reply from them. How can I follow my package without tracking number, anybody can suggest.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, really, I still hope that the article was sent but reading so much comment from this store, I think it will not arrive.

I do not advise anyone to order anything from this online store. After insisting twice at their "support-houmeee.com" I received two months later a product - glasses - which did not correspond at all with what they advertised and of more than mediocre and damaged quality. I could have got it for next to nothing at the local pharmacy. Huatmee - forget it.

Je ne conseille à personne de commander quoI que ce soit de ce commerce online. Après avoir insisté deux fois à leur "support-houmeee.com" j'aI reçu deux mois plus tard un produit - des lunettes - quI ne correspondait pas du tout avec ce qu'ils annonçaient et de qualité plus que médiocre et abîmé. J'aurais pus m'en procurer pour presque rien à la pharmacie du coin. Huatmee - oubliez ça.
