I have also been scammed! (Order #HM14820) I ordered since Sep 20 for the Body Deep Muscle Massager. I emailed them 3x for an update...no response and no product! I hope the proper authorities shut them down!
HI I had the same experience. I purchased in September 2020. Nothing received to date. No response to emails.
I ordered 3 items and I paid, but the items didn't arrive after months!
I had ordered for Body deep muscle massager on 28sep 2020. After paying online through master card, I received email with order number HM16071. Since then no email from them. I send three reminders to support@houmeee.com for tracking number and to get the latest update on my package. I never received any reply from them. How can I follow my package without tracking number, anybody can suggest.
Exactly the same thing happened to me, really, I still hope that the article was sent but reading so much comment from this store, I think it will not arrive.
I do not advise anyone to order anything from this online store. After insisting twice at their "support@houmeee.com" I received two months later a product - glasses - which did not correspond at all with what they advertised and of more than mediocre and damaged quality. I could have got it for next to nothing at the local pharmacy. Huatmee - forget it.Je ne conseille à personne de commander quoI que ce soit de ce commerce online. Same here too, I ordered on 17 Mar 2020 and the customer said he can ship within a week. Until now, I didn't receive further status from him and I only can ask my bank to refund it.The Company description is "SYONLINE.CO" 60164473781 US.
The same here. I ordered it on 17th of February. And the website they provided me says that it has been delivered. Nevertheless I have never received anything. And there was no note at all for missing delivery. I will open a dospute and ask for a refund in PayPal. - 16th, April -
I am beginning to have my doubt about them as I have paid for Automotive Glass Nano Repair Fluid × 1 ($14.95, shipping $5.95 total paid $20.90) order # HM6001 since 4th February, 2020 which I was told shipping take 4-6 weeks.They sent me a tracking which I couldn't track the item because the courier company wasn't included, sent them a mail they replied saying shipping take 4-6 weeks as usual. But, its 8 weeks now I haven't received my item or a refund and they have not replied me for days now.
