Ludozo located at ludozo.com is a fake online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the fake website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I had a similar problem, I purchased foldable electric bike on the 10th of April 2020 but it didn't arrive. Their store advertisement have been running on the facebook. If you contact them, they keep on sending fake tracking link which is written in Chinese language. and they come up with different excuses every time. Beware of the scam.
I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a folding e-bike over 2 months ago and still haven't got a thing. I though since it's Facebook it's a legitimate company.

Seems they sent something low value and lightweight so that they have proof of delivery if a "Not received" claim is opened.
