I am currently having issues with this company and would most definitely NOT do business with them

BUYER BEWARE – This is by far the WORST retailer I have used to purchase an item. I ordered an Impact Wrench Kit for $60.00 and receive 5 Face Mask. Contacted seller and the response was “We are going on vacations for a few days and would not be able to respond in a timely manner”. After 2 weeks I requested an update to no avail. Filed a claim with PayPal and they offered $50 to settle the dispute and I refused their offer. The masks received are of such poor quality and the cost would be minimal; in a nutshell, they are making money using this scamming method. Since I declined their offer; now they want me to ship the package back at my cost with a tracking number. The cost of shipping is $65.00, which they probably knew, and more likely I will never recover a penny from them. A reputable seller will take responsibility for their mistake and will make the customer whole. The funny thing is that while searching reviews on this company; there was a posting from someone who also received some face mask.

Definately a scam. Have the exact same situation as the previous commenter. Product ordered at bitbaut.com, credit card charged that night. no product ever showed up. No shipping status other than movement thru china (which I suspect is a way to defer you from complaining for weeks before figuring out you got duped).

    Don't buy from these guys.

It is a scam - I bought a $60 planishing hammer and received an order confirmation. I sent emails and received automated messages saying they were on vacation. After reporting it to PayPal, they sent tracking information through china's post. 3 weeks later a received a small package with 2 cheap paper masks.

According to the Paypal information, the proprietor's name is Chang WeiGuo and the email is marypotter3686@gmail.com
