Complete scam. Never sent my item either.

They will respond to emails with some computer-generated responses or someone who cannot speak a lick of English. I’m thinking of going to China and kicking someone’s a$$.

Beware of resenta. Complete fraud...They cheated me with my last order - send 3 face masks instead of backyard baseball cage net that I ordered. I have asked for a refund, Cannot really digest the justification that enveloped size face masks were wrongly shipped in place of a 55ftx14ft batting cage net. I have requested for a refund, no response from the seller.

The same thing happened to me. I received 5 face mask.

Same here... Same scam. I used PayPal so now I'm stuck trying to prove it to be covered by their buyer protection.

I ordered a baseball hitting net on April 15th. After waiting over a month for this product to arrive, I received a small packet with two N95 masks. At first I thought there was some mistake, but then I looked up if Resenta is a scam. Sure enough, it is. Don't buy from these communist POS, even though they just bested me.

I too received 3 face masks in place of batting cage net that I ordered. Complete fraud..Stay away from resenta!

The exact same thing happened to me. I complained to them and they assured me they were going to make it right and said they would resend my product so I waited a month and this time I received nothing so I asked for a refund and have heard nothing back from them!

Oh my goodness! The same thing happened to me! I tried to get a refund back and they stopped replying to my emails.

I have ordered a baseball glove on that site on April 7 and it was supposed to come by the next 2 or 3 weeks and it never showed up and I´m very disappointed that no one took the the time to file a complaint on the website. I will do that right now.

    • May 14, 2020 at 6:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Dyer, Indiana, United States

I ordered a baseball pitching aid for $70, tracked it with the shady tracking site they provided me. It was delivered today in a tiny pack. Opened it and in it were 2 surgical masks. Scammed and mocked. I called the credit card company for the fraud.

      • May 15, 2020 at 1:50 PM by an anonymous user from: Santa Clara, California, United States

Same here. I ordered a baseball glove. Received a small package with description "underwear". Open package to see two masks.

  • May 2, 2020 at 1:48 PM by an anonymous user from: Saratoga, California, United States

I ordered a sport bucket with baseballs on April 1. Got a tracking number from email. Received the order today. It is just one disposable mask. The phone number on the website is not working. The link in the email for contact is broken. What a scam!

    Contact my bank now!

I was totally scammed. Bought a baseball pitching machine for my son at half price of other sellers. Receipt showed Chinese characters. Supposedly shipped UPS. These fraudsters have a way of falsifying UPS delivery confirmation. In my case the item weighed 20 lbs. UPS showed a successful delivery of an item weighing less than 1 lb. To further confuse things nothing at all arrived of any weight. Because the seller showed PayPal a confirmed delivery PayPal refuses to peruse my claim.

    • July 1, 2020 at 1:47 AM by an anonymous user from: El Paso, Texas, United States

I paid via PayPal and they are researching my claim as well and the 'seller' sent the confirmation that the item was sent and delivered... I ordered a baseball net and tee and recieved 2 paper surgical masks.

  • April 8, 2020 at 7:02 AM by an anonymous user from: Little Falls, New Jersey, United States

I ordered something on Saturday. When I made PayPal payment the site changed to a different screen shows my payment in Chinese letters and then sent a man with a Russian name. I did not receive an order number.

Today I received an email from resenta that it will be shipped once payment confirmed. Will see...

    • April 12, 2020 at 10:19 AM by an anonymous user from: Palm Harbor, Florida, United States

I ordered on the 1st and waiting for updated shipping information. Really hoping this isn't a scam as I really want the product I ordered.

      • May 19, 2020 at 5:22 AM by an anonymous user from: Palm Harbor, Florida, United States

Never got item and went through pay pal for refund

  • April 7, 2020 at 12:11 PM by an anonymous user from: Brandon, Florida, United States

I have placed an order on this website. Tracking number has been shared but not updated yet. Lets see what I will get. I have made the transaction through PayPal so if it is fraud, I will be able to get the refund.

    • April 7, 2020 at 8:23 PM by an anonymous user from: Kent, Washington, United States

Yeah, I ordered something from them today as well. We shall see the outcome. I ALWAYS use PayPal!
