Chagona located at chagona.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell gloves, hand sanitizers, wipes, toilet paper, and other personal protective equipment. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Complete Scam! Please do not waste your time or money ordering from Chagona.com. Wish I would have seen these comments prior to my order on 06/03/2020. Sad people don’t think we’re all experiencing difficult and stressful times with the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be safe and DON’T order!
I ordered gloves and mask on 4/16/2020. As of 7/6/2020 have not received them. Tried to track my order and gives various explanation of delays. Waiting for custom clearance etc. now cannot track. Completely wiped off . I paid via pay pal hopefully can get my money back. Please do not order from this company. Appears to be a scam.
I order gloves on 5/16/2020 as of 7/2/2020 have not receive the gloves DO NOT BUY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT OPERATES OUT OF CHINA . YOU will loose.
I finally received our products after a month and a half with no help from customer service and also masks and gloves the boxes were damaged from going all over the world. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I had the same experience as all of the rest of the customers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I ordered on 6/3 and have not received the product nor have I received a response from the company. I placed on order on April 16 for gloves and masks. I contacted chagona after month and was told to be patient. The website promised 7-10 delivery. This company is scamming customers. Do NOT order from them!
Do not order from this company. I ordered and paid for a product on 4/29/2020. I cancelled on 5/26/2020 when not delivered & asked for full refund. It is 6/17/2020 and the customer service rep said that my product won't be delivered for months and that I should be patient. They refuse to refund my money and refuse to give my complaint to a supervisor. This is a fraudulant company: they take your money and you don't get the product.
