Alycandy located at alycandy.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell t-shirts and masks. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Would not recommend shopping here. The shirt I received was long and made of a non-stretchy material which was very tight around the bum and bunched up at the waist. The print quality was terrible with splotchy black lines. I sent them pictures and they acknowledged a printing error but refused to accept a return for a refund. After a protracted exchange, they finally offered a partial refund and claimed to have submitted it, but it never arrived.

I have put four orders in to Alycandy and have been thrilled with everything. Whenever I had a question or problem, I Emailed them and they got back to me immediately. One time the shipper lost my order but when I contacted them, they sent a duplicate order out immediately. My family and friends got together and put in sizable orders and everyone was happy with the designs and quality of their products.

I as well have been contacting them about an order I placed on April 28. I never received a confirmation number with a tracking number. I contacted them and they said my order would be shipped in 2-3 days. Of course, it has not. I, too, will be contacting PayPal for a refund. It's a shame, I really liked their designs.
