Is Alycandy.com a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

Would not recommend shopping here. The shirt I received was long and made of a non-stretchy material which was very tight around the bum and bunched up at the waist. The print quality was terrible with splotchy black lines. I sent them pictures and they acknowledged a printing error but refused to accept a return for a refund. After a protracted exchange, they finally offered a partial refund and claimed to have submitted it, but it never arrived.

I have put four orders in to Alycandy and have been thrilled with everything. Whenever I had a question or problem, I Emailed them and they got back to me immediately. One time the shipper lost my order but when I contacted them, they sent a duplicate order out immediately. My family and friends got together and put in sizable orders and everyone was happy with the designs and quality of their products.

I as well have been contacting them about an order I placed on April 28. I never received a confirmation number with a tracking number. I contacted them and they said my order would be shipped in 2-3 days. Of course, it has not. I, too, will be contacting PayPal for a refund. It's a shame, I really liked their designs.

They took my money and never delivered a product. I complained and they just got rude and refused to refund. I have a PayPal complaint. They also misrepresented their company. They are in Asia and try to pretend they are in US.

My package has been in transit to DH Commerce since April 25th and I have heard nothing else I have sent several emails to their site I have not gotten a response and I feel that I just got beat out of my money. I have ordered from other sites after I ordered from this one and received my merchandise it appears they were more credible although they were new. I am very disappointed and I will be contacting PayPal in a couple of days to request that they refund my account and they deal with this.
