Roots Online Shop located at rootsonline.shop is a fake online store claiming to sell Roots apparel. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

    It's a scam. When I tried to cancel I was told the had already been sent and not to worry. The scam went as far as faking a transit schedule as well as a "delivery" date. When I complained I never received my items they insisted I check with my post office because their "logistics company" said it had been delivered. I blame myself in trusting Facebook that it would actually host legit storefronts.
