I saw it on the NY Post app. They look awful nice, but my question is why would a respectable newspaper allow a company with bad ratings space?

I ordered two pairs of sandals totaling $60.91. Upon their arrival I notified the company immediately about the poor quality and fit of these and requested info to send back and get a refund. After many e-mails, they finally offered me $19.11 and I could keep the sandals. I just received this amount and sandals were thrown in garbage as would be embarrassed to give them to anyone, so a lesson learned to never get anything from china, and will be checking the mailing address throughly before ordering. This company is not good and won't give you your total refund as stated and very difficult to work with.

  • September 8, 2020 at 8:07 PM by an anonymous user from: Dover, Delaware, United States

I ordered three pairs of Vionic sandals online from CozyComfyGoody. When I questioned when I would receive my shoes, I was told the shipper lost the package. The vendor(?) pleaded with me to wait for them to reship. Second tracking number (?) was same as the first. After waiting 2-1/2 months to receive the sandals, I received three pairs of low cost sandals that had no Vionic identification on them and were not the quality you’d expect. If I tried to wear them, they were skewed and did not align with my foot.

This is my second fraudulent transaction where payment was requested through PayPal. My bank won’t handle it since it was not a direct payment from them.

    The vendor: CozyComfyGoody

    Payment: PayPal

    Receipt Line: Luckylife8

    Email: amberlykelley1181@kokoerp.com

I will be hesitant to purchase anything that will only allow payment through PayPal. It is the third person transaction that allows frauds to feel safe.

This vendor advertised a name brand product and shipped something so far from the original brand it is laughable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!

  • August 22, 2020 at 9:52 AM by an anonymous user from: Lakeland, Florida, United States

TOTAL SCAM! I agree with all of the above comments. I'm in the process of going back and forth with them everyday about a refund. Don't really expect to get much. I'll be in touch with my credit card company. Wish we had more info on where to report this company. Came from China guess we should be glad we only got scammed and nothing else.

  • August 21, 2020 at 9:30 AM by an anonymous user from: Overland Park, Kansas, United States

DO NOT TRUST THIS "BUSINESS"S AT ALL!I received three different sizes of what were advertised as Vionic sandals, only one being the size I ordered. While the sandals look like those advertised on the Vionic site, it is clear they are knock off brands. When I contacted the company through email it was a complete run around - first they blamed me and asked for pictures; when I sent the pictures they replied that they did not receive them in the email to which I had attached, so I snipped and pasted the pictures into the body of the email they replied that they did not know what I was asking; I replied that I wanted a copy of their records with my order, they replied that it was the U.S. postal service's responsibility and I should contact them. My final communication to the company will be a copy of my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

  • August 19, 2020 at 3:51 PM by an anonymous user from: Centralia, Illinois, United States

I too did not receive what I thought I ordered 3 pair of Spenco orthotic thong sandals. What I got are cheap thong sandals with “Spencc” as the brand name. They are flatter than I expected an orthotic thong to be and are WAY TO BIG. I was afraid something was wrong when it was taking so long and I emailed 3 differant times? I dipsuted this with my credit card for a full refund. I may have pay to send it back but will not ever deal with these people again. Beware of Cozy Comfy Goody ads on Face Book that's where I found it. It's a knock off company, not worth all this trouble :(

  • August 18, 2020 at 4:11 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

I was duped. I did not receive Vionic sandals. They are a very expensive knockoff. The price I paid was a great price for vionics but not for these shoes. They aren’t even comfortable. I wish I Would have been smart enough to check outCozyComfyGoody Before sending them my money. Thanks for trying to warn me.

  • August 12, 2020 at 2:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Lake Wales, Florida, United States

I certainly did not receive what I ordered...2 pair of Spenco orthotic thong sandals. What I got are cheap thong sandals with “Spencc” as the brand name. Nothing orthotic about them. Knew something was wrong when delivery was taking so long. Hope to get a refund. The shoes don't even fit. So, beware of Cozy Comfy Goodie ads on Face Book. It's a scam!

    • August 18, 2020 at 3:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Yes I got scammed too, the shoes I received are even close to what I ordered. I am so mad at myself as I should know better.

    • August 18, 2020 at 8:14 AM by an anonymous user from: Marchand, Manitoba, Canada

Same thing with me when I ordered these sandals. After more than 50 emails I settled on a refund of $22. At first they would offer $2. With every email they would offer more. I told them the sandal was too loose. They suggest I get them fixed and they would pay for the repair. I told them that a repair would cost around $40. Then they offered me $5 after their last refund offer was $18. Good luck with getting a refund. Maybe you will have more patience and keep the emails going until you get a full refund

  • August 9, 2020 at 12:01 PM by an anonymous user from: York Village, Maine, United States

The sandals arrived - 2/0ne price and not even worthy of a Dollar Tree purchase.

I complained and was told by Amberley Kelly I would receive $10.00 refund and keep the cheap flip flops!. A total scam!

  • August 8, 2020 at 12:40 PM by an anonymous user from: Boulder, Colorado, United States

This is a total scam. I ordered 6/4 and have emailed daily. No refund no shoes. Facebook should be ashamed to put this ad on the site. I wish I had seen before ordering.

  • August 4, 2020 at 8:56 PM by an anonymous user from: Hilo, Hawaii, United States

Total knock off, NOT VIONIC, took 6 weeks to arrive, no invoice, no box, no tags or labels, trying to get a full refund, they want to give me $3. SCAM.

    • August 5, 2020 at 10:49 AM by an anonymous user from: United States

Yes, same problem here. I managed to get 1/3 of my money back as a refund via PayPal. I figured it was better than nothing. Ugh.

  • August 4, 2020 at 3:39 PM by an anonymous user from: New York, United States

Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and my money was refunded an hour after I made a claim. These shoes are absolute garbage.

    • September 7, 2020 at 11:38 PM by an anonymous user from: Lewisburg, Tennessee, United States

In my PayPal dispute I will get a full refund, if I pay to mail them back to China.? Well dang, that will cost me what I gave for the shoes originally or more. Ughh!

  • August 4, 2020 at 3:17 PM by an anonymous user from: Grapevine, Texas, United States

Wish I had seen this first. Vionic sandal popped up in Facebook and following link to site showed “Vionic” sandals and their actual pictures. I have one pair so I was looking for other colors. “Express” shipping took almost 7 weeks and what I received was anything but Vionic brand sandals. Glad it wasn’t a huge financial lesson, but these sandals are worthless to someone with high arches and difficult feet. Sigh. 😤

  • August 3, 2020 at 5:42 PM by an anonymous user from: New Brighton, Pennsylvania, United States

Beware. Cheap knock offs from China. Wrongly sized (fit Asian feet). Refused a refund. This is a scam

  • August 3, 2020 at 3:54 PM by an anonymous user from: Indiana, Pennsylvania, United States

waited 5 weeks so far and still no shoes. Daily emails since 7/22 when I cancelled the order. They refuse to refund my money, so it's now with a dispute on my credit card. They said the shoes were made in the USA. However, they are shipped from China, according the a tracking number I was given after I asked for the refund. Emails come from amberlykelley1181@kokoerp.com. TOTAL FRAUD.

  • August 3, 2020 at 3:29 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

After 6 long weeks I finally received my order of five pair of “Vionics”, only to discover they are FAKE! I am furious! I have worn the real deal for years and refuse to even put this trash on my feet! Just by a visual inspection, I can clearly see there is NO arch support, which is why I buy Vionics in the first place! Nothing quality about them! Plus, they are waaaay too tiny! Like others have stated, I was baited by a QVC ad for Vionics. How can these scam artists get away with this?! I feel so angry! Please, do not fall into the same trap I did!

  • July 28, 2020 at 1:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Miami, Florida, United States

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on May 30,2020 and still waiting for them.

I have emailed 3 times and was told due to Covid it is delayed. the latest was that

it was being held up in customs. so disappointed because these are the only shoes that help my back.

  • July 23, 2020 at 11:34 AM by an anonymous user from: West, Texas, United States

So dissapointed because I ordered flip flops in mid June and never received them. My money was drawn from my bank but no shoes. Will not order again and recommend to anyone else, this is a scam!

    • August 3, 2020 at 7:32 PM by an anonymous user from: Rockford, Illinois, United States

I rec'd my shoes after 2 month...cheap and sloppy...without a packing slip or receipt or return address. I have called the phone listed in their website...does not work. I have emailed 3 times without answer. I will report as a scam and notify my credit card company.

      I want my money back.

  • July 23, 2020 at 10:23 AM by an anonymous user from: Franklinville, New Jersey, United States

I purchased "Vionic" shoes from an ad on facebook that brought me to Cozy Comfy Goody website. I ordered them May 23, 2020 and it was confirmed. My credit card was charged and then I did not received my shoes until July 13, 2020 - 51 days later. I emailed several times but they would not provide me with a tracking number. I was told to be patient they were on their way. Once I received them I have my doubts if they are autentic. There is no arch support as shown in the ad, the sizes run very small length but the flip flop straps are so loose they feel like they are going to fall off. Very disappointed in the product and the service. Buyer Beware.

    • July 29, 2020 at 9:28 PM by an anonymous user from: Nelson, British Columbia, Canada

Exactly my experience. Total theft of my money. I've written asking for a address to send the 5 paid of sandals back and never got a reply.

  • July 22, 2020 at 5:38 PM by an anonymous user from: North Canton, Ohio, United States

This website is a scam. Claim they have Vionic’s shoes. Total counterfeit! Having trouble getting returns and money back. I plan on reporting them!

    • July 29, 2020 at 9:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Nelson, British Columbia, Canada

Me too. I don't even have a mailing address to return them. Who do we report them to? Now they're selling masks.

    Scam - fake vionic sandels.

  • July 17, 2020 at 7:49 AM by an anonymous user from: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

I agree with all of the above comments. Shoes finally arrived. Didn’t fit. Many responses from “Amberlykelley1181@kokoerp.com.

Offering $5 refund. Another offering $8.

A total scam. After returning to address on pkg, I was told the shoes can’t be returned because they won’t send them to China!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

  • July 14, 2020 at 11:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Monroe, Louisiana, United States

Same as all the above comments. Not Vionic, ill-f*****g, took 6-8 weeks to receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  • July 13, 2020 at 11:59 AM by an anonymous user from: Lexington, Kentucky, United States

Wish I had seen these experiences when I clicked the FB ad for this site. After 48 days in transit, I received the cheap Vionic knockoffs today. Wish me luck on returning them.

do not buy knock off product they refuse to let you return them even though their website says shipping includes returns. no brand or size on sandals disbuting charges with my credit card company.

  • July 10, 2020 at 10:42 AM by an anonymous user from: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Definitely do not buy from CozyComfyGoody website. It is a scam and the sandals I purchased were not Vionics. They were too small and terrible quality. Impossible to return.

  • July 10, 2020 at 5:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Fort Myers, Florida, United States

Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company it is a scam. My sandals were to small and the quality very poor. Definitely not Vionic. When I contacted the company they wanted pictures of the sandals as proof of my accusations. Then they asked if I would be happy with a 25% discount. I wanted a refund. Then today I received the email about 40%discount if I paid for shipping. The best was when they told me maybe I could give them to a friend or sell them myself. What a joke! Do not buy!

  • July 9, 2020 at 5:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

  • July 8, 2020 at 9:21 AM by an anonymous user from: Clark, New Jersey, United States

DO NOT buy anything from this seller. I ordered a pair of Vionic sandals from CozyComfyGoody. The sandals finally arrived in the mail 6 weeks later. Not only were the sandals knock offs, they were the wrong size. When I wrote to them to get a refund, this was their response:

    "hello.

    I am so sorry.

maybe you can give it to your friend or sell them.

Maybe this size is more suitable for Asians.

    so sorry for this.

you can buy a bigger one next time.

    hope for your understanding.

    nice day."

Total scam. Very cheap knockoffs. Do not order. I usually check internet offers closely, but a friend sent this one and it looked like an ad from QVC. I didn’t even pay attention. Lesson learned!

    • July 8, 2020 at 5:05 PM by an anonymous user from: Reseda, California, United States

      And they’re fake, not Vionic

    • July 8, 2020 at 5:04 PM by an anonymous user from: Reseda, California, United States

Same here I thought I was buying it from QVC, so I guess I got scammed too live and learn... also cheap package no logo or size printed on the sandals and took forever. Was told next time go on QVC website for guaranteed 👎

I ordered and received a pair of “Vionic sandals” from this site and they are 100% konk offs. They are not authentic. I have 5 pair of real Vionic sandals and this companies. version of the same type of shoe is definitely counterfeit.

  • June 26, 2020 at 7:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Washington, District of Columbia, United States

These sandals are cheaply made knockoffs. Sized way too small, no oethotic support like real Vionics, with straps that arr way too long so they do not stay on. Arrived one month after ordered from China. Do not buy...it is a scam.

  • June 26, 2020 at 6:10 PM by an anonymous user from: Palm Coast, Florida, United States

Ordered from Cozycomfygoody on 6/29/20 still have not received a thing. The number on advertisement is not in service. Sent emails to both parties.

  • June 25, 2020 at 3:04 PM by an anonymous user from: Silver Spring, Maryland, United States

I bought what I thought were vionics from cozycomfygoody and it was a fake. Took three weeks and it came directly from China. Wish I had researched this website before I spent my money.

  • June 23, 2020 at 11:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, United States

The sandals are clearly not Vionic as advertised. I ordered 3 pair and they all are made different and 2 don't even have the Vionic label. I emailed the company telling them they are selling fake merchandise and I want a refund.

  • June 19, 2020 at 10:04 AM by an anonymous user from: Buffalo, New York, United States

This is a scam. After a month I finally received my sandles. They are junk I could've bought from a dollar store. They are knock offs and junk. What a waste of money!
