I ordered a baby rocker,it took more than 2months and we changed our house and USPS messed up the order ,they sent it back and from there I tried to get hold of the sender complaintus-payonlinea.com and they told me all stories for new delivery and it never came and they said they would issue refund from last 6months and its not been done yet.any suggestions on how to file a legal complaintordered on dresseale-outlook.com
Just open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
I ordered an item on BudCash on April 18,2020. I have not received it... and when I email them I'm getting run around and now I get no respond back
On May 5, 2020 I ordered from CANVASN. 2 week delivery time. On May 30 I emailed about my delivery. Said Covid was the reason for late shipping. ON July 14, I emailed and said I wanted my money back. They said item had shipped. If I didn't like it to send it back for refund. On Sept. 8, I sent an email and told them I wanted my money back, the shipment had not arrived. If I didn't get my money back I would seek legal help. Never heard from them again. Had my credit card open an investigation. I called the phone number on the invoice and got an Electric company in New York. I ordered a green house!!!
Complaintus-payonlinea.com and bridery.sale are both frauds. I ordered canner, they sent me masks, 3 months after I ordered. Then they tried to charge me to give me a refund. It's over 6 months later. Still no refund......
6 months later never recieved product and was charged. Trying to get in contact is impossible. Something better business bureau will be aware of soon.
