Ans: Yes

Recd facemask or something - didnt recognize or expect it so threw it away
contacted the company, they negotiated a partial discount after cc company reversed the transaction cost, they billed me again 1 month later, cc company took care of it, thankfully.

Same exact thing happened to me. Ordered a slide and only realized now that those face masks we got in the mail were from them. Couldn’t figure out where they came from. The last email- there were many said they will refund our money except for $3-$7 dollars. Scam for sure.

I just received what was supposed to be a waterslide from this website Columld.com. Instead, it was these good for nothing face masks. I emailed them twice and still haven't received any response. I wish there was something I could do????
