Ordered a lawn sprayer and it is supposedly still in transit. According to their tracking program it has been sitting in the USPS Detroit distribution Center since July 24, 2020. Calling credit card company for refund.
Ordered lawnmower got masks
Same for me. I ordered and got face masks instead of potting bench. I was refunded by paypal
I have been scammed by FerdrolysI website too it seems. I ordered wildland fire pumps and also received face masks.
This is definitely a scam. Google Earth the address and you will find it’s a little ranch house in the country. If you have been scammed as I, contact your credit card company, Google feedback, and FTC online complaint form. I rec’d a credit from my credit card company but others may not be so lucky. I ordered a hose reel and got surgical masks. The company said it would refund but that didn’t happen. Let’s shut ’em down
This is a fraud company. I ordered a lawnmower and they sent me a shipment alright...20 face masks!!! The number provided is not a working number. They will email you back at first when you have a question or try to cancel the order. They’ll say it’s already shipped out but can never give you a tracking number the same day. Don’t let what happened to me happen to you.
I ordered a garden hose reel end of June, rec'd July 31...20 face masks. I contacted them and they wanted to try again but I said no thanks. They agreed to give my credit. I told them they have 12 hours for it to show up on my credit card. Gave them 18 hrs...Nothing. Contacted them again...No response. Contacted CitiCard and will rec credit. Now they are being investigated. Next I'm contacting both PA State Attorney, Fed. Atty. Office, and Goggle where I found them. I'm in business and I don't rip off my clients. This p****s me off and it's all about principal not money. They messed with the wrong person.
That website is a scam, STAY AWAY!! The are shipping to me the same 20 face mask instead the product I request. They sent an email back with a sorry for the inconvenience,they have to checked, due the logistics accidentally sent the wrong product. Lost my money.
Exact same story I experienced but did get credit from credit card company. I reported to FTC, Google, and CitiCard. All are investigating. This company is in ShanghaI China.Total Scam.
