I got caught as well. The photographs do not portray the real garment. The ‘cotton blend’ is essentially polyester. I admitted defeat and took the 15% refund. I will never buy clothes from another country again. Even PayPal can’t help here as they offer a small refund and that seems to satisfy PayPal.
Nowhere on Chilicloth's website do they tell you that if you want to return your purchase that you have to pay for return postage to CHINA. They also say the customer is responsible for all customs duties, fees, and taxes. I found this out the hard way when I contacted customer service for the return instructions. They made sure to tell me that it takes a long time for return delivery, that I need to be patient, and my refund will be credited back to my card provided they deem the clothing to be received in the exact condition as mailed out. They did offer me a 15% refund to avoid the hassle of return shipping. 15%? Really? This company uses deceptive practices to lure in customers, then takes advantage of them when they try to return their poorly made, poorly f*****g clothing. Avoid them like the plague!

I received items but are too small (used their size chart). Trying to contact info provided to exchange items, not valid email address!
I just received my order and everything is too small.( like 2 sizes down). I love the prints, colors and style but it’s impossible to reach out the company to do an exchange. I think this is a scam. I’m so sorry I lost my money and they lost good customers
