Scammers steal the identity of legitimate mystery shopping companies like Clear Evaluations located at clearevaluations.com. Therefore, if you received a text which appears to have been sent from Clear Evaluations offering details of a shop assignment and a form to enter your personal information, it is a scam and was not sent from Clear Evaluations. Clear Evaluations requires you to register at their website (clearevaluations.com) prior to accepting an assignment. And, all job information will be provided within your shopper account after registering. Clear Evaluations will never mail you a check prior to conducting an assignment or ask you to purchase gift cards.
