The tracking number given me for two ride on Power Wheels zero turn tells me that my items were delivered to Carlsbad, CA., not NYS. What a scam! And the government wants us to live this way, no cash, all mail order?? There is the reason why, they are all crooked!!
I placed an order on Nov 30,2021 my order number is H141L32P312. Tracking number is LY938535407CN. Now I see this a scam. I would like a refund back. I am not rich and need the for my family. I throught I was ordering a very nice Christmas present for my children. I heard nothing from rookie super economy global a shipping company in china.

So I have been scam too. I ordered a zero turn big wheel and I haven't received it yet either my financial institution will be hearing from me tomorrow. I hate these scammers. That was all I could afford this Christmas for my niece. I'm mad.
Ordered 3 of the zero turn kids carts, received confirmation they were shipped however when I looked at my tracking number the shipping address was not my address. Three months and never received. SCAM SCAM
I ordered one their CHRISTMAS TREES AND NEVER DELIVERED OR RESPONDED. I'VE LOST MY $ 63.99
I ordered one of their Christmas trees. Received a confirmation with a tracking number when it was shipped from China. Kept track package arrived in mississauga ontario then suddenly it was delivered to somewhere in Quebec well I guess I got ripped off. Several emails to support hahaha never heard back.Brantford ontario
I ordered 3 of the zero turn childrens carts 2 months ago. They took my $119.97 and never delivered or responded. I am contacting my mastercard company to initiate a full refund. BEWARE OF SCAM
I also ordered 2 Puzzle tables from Rose Marr last April - they never arrived and even after sending several emails to them, they never responded!!
Don’t order from these people! I placed an order that I never received! I emailed them several times , but the didn’t reply! So annoyed !

same thing happened to me. It had been so long that I started to check and found out that supposedly it is/was shipped from china. Checked further and found out that rosemarr is a scam company and I want to warn others about this company.
