I have ordered some succulent plants. I was very dissatisfied as 5 of the plants are either dead or dying. I asked for a refund. They can only refund if I return the dead plants first. It does not make sense to spend money for courier for some dead rotting plants. It's a strategy that is frustrating. Do not transact with them. No guarantee for getting the right product and no guarantee for good after-sales service.What a waste of my time and money.
