Freemans located at freemans.com does not appear to be a scam. Their website address or domain name has been around since 1996. They have more than 100,000 followers and have been on social media since 2009. But, like almost all online stores, there are some complaints about the online store regarding items purchased, shipping and customer service. While the garments ordered were okay - I sent a tip back as it was too small - I found the delivery time unsatisfactory. It took two weeks for the trousers I ordered. The only information I could get was that the order was being processed which meant nothing to me. An estimated date of delivery would have been more helpful.
I ordered a blazer in a size 10, when it arrived the sleeves were tight and too short so I returned it and reordered in a size 12. The replacement that was sent was a size 10, so I returned that and ordered again in a 12. It's just arrived and again the wrong size has been sent, another 10.
Freemans is usually very good, but on my recent order 1 item was missing from the parcel but listed on the Delivery Note. Sent an email and waiting for a response. But how can you prove it wasn't in the parcel? If I get the response I'm hoping for it will be 5 stars from me.
I purchased 2 items of clothing. The first came promptly the second came around 3 weeks later. I returned the first item 1 May and it is now 19 May and they have not refunded me and are "escalating" it but still no news on my refund. I have booked 3 returns for the other item that I wanted to return but none collected 3 times.
