01202818949 Scam Call - Government Insulation Efficiency

I got a call from 01202818949 where the caller claims he is from the Government Insulation Efficiency department, as I had a cavity and loft insulation government-funded in the past, and they would like to survey and upgrade. I said this is a scam and he denied it. I asked him for my name, address and when I had the original insulation, he hung up. It’s now getting beyond a joke the number of scam calls I have received.
