Ordered 3 summer dresses and it took 2 months to receive. They stressed that they are a USA company. My pkg came from China! The products are unrecognizable to what I ordered and the quality is like paper thin almost plastic. I have used their contact web adddress requesting a refund or address to send back for a refund. They did respond asking for photos. Not gonna send photos and requested, once again an address to return. Please take heed. $100 that I need to receive in return for this joke of a shipment. Ridiculous‼️
I ordered 5 shirts at a cost of over 150$. All too small. Trying to get a return label and have sent a request with no answer. I'll call my credit card company to see if they will refund my charge. I should have known better. Grrrr
I agree and I am also in the process of trying to return 3 shirts that are to small. They tell you to request a return authorization but don't give to a phone number to call or an email that is working. I agree this type of advertising needs to be stopped. They even say the are Indiana - what a joke.
I’m trying to return 3 shirts. I have been charged for them. I’ve sent emails on their forms 3 times. Nothing. No answer no nothing. I spent $95. For those 3 shirts and I liked to never received them for a long time. Then when I did they were of poor quality and too small. I ordered a size larger than normal figuring this was a china site. Sure enough. Something need to be done about these scammers and I want my money back! Their return authorization you are to request for a return is a scam too! There’s no such thing. I’m afraid I’m out $95 bucks. Isn’t their something we all can do to get these places stopped. All these types of stores Iv’e ordered from it’s been the same experience and there is a lot of them on Facebook!
