Is Plutuswap a Scam? First Decentralized Crosschain Swap Protocol

Can anyone tell me if Plutuswap located at is a scam? The website claims it is the first decentralized cross-chain swap protocol on the Cardano network but was registered only 13 days ago. Their Github and Twitter links are broken or do not exist.
