Is nnesi a Scam Online Store? Review of nnesi.com

I ordered a dress 8-26-23 charged to debit card. I was advised that it might be a scam. I never received it, and was charged a $14.95 shipping charged for a $39 dress. The company has done nothing for me. Complete scam

A friend advised me that this website is “iffy”. I had just ordered 4 tops, went to credit card company to dispute charge, and then sent email to service-nnsei.com. Actually received confirmation of cancellation and refund scheduled to be taken care of.
Company address was in London, England

None of these on line cheap priced clothing is real..Its a type of scam..Stay away..u get what u pay for..When was the last time u got a beautiful top or dress for such low prices..Stick with what we know..Macy's..Bloomies Dillards etc..at least you can return for credit or money back.

I got my order minus one item they were missing (they credited me). There were four item of clothing with defects. Two with button holes that were too small for the buttons, and two that were not rayon blend as advertised (in fact most of the clothing did not have the required content labels). I asked to return these per their free return policy. The offered me $20 to keep them--but they owed me $145. I kept asking for a return shipping label. They increased their offer a bit but said they wouldn't do the return. Finally, after I contacted Paypal, they said I could return, but I would have to pay the $30 shipping. I spent hours on this in back and forth emails. Awful experience. Don't believe their free return policy and be aware that some of the clothing is defective and not made from what they say.

Yes I’ve had the same problem only return if it’s damaged they don’t care if it doesn’t fit. I live in Ca and there is an address in Hawthorne so plan on making a drive over there. They say things are made in SC so why did they put a different sticker that has China on it. They also offered me $15 to keep merchandise won’t order anything else from them

I had similar horrifying experience. Paid $40 and got a crappy top unlike photo. They offered me $9 refund. SCAM ALERT

They are TEANY TINY. I want to return them. I was offered $16 refund for $80 order !! Eventually I was offered $46, which is robbery.
The refund was to be put on the card I used to purchase them,but that card has been replaced due to fraudulent activity. How will I receive my refund?

Does NnesI have a phone number — kind of weird one can’t phone them with questions. Kind of slick on sale prices. Offer 50% off but the prices on these items have remained the same for months. One cannot put in the sale code —

They did not refund the full cost of the dress which was extremely poor quality after I returned it to them at an additional cost. Don't trust them.

These foreign co are total scam. There is NO return policy. They come from abroad with poor packaging and no return address. Size labels are arbitrary and quality is rubbish. If you see “made in NC- or “made in California” they are not mage in USA.

I ordered 3 shirts. I ordered size 3x for all. They sent me two xs. Third shirt didnt fit despite supposedly being correct size. Asked for shipping label to return. Refused. Said it would cost too much to ship back to Dubai. Refused to give me my money back and being jerks about the whole thing. Don't order from them. They are fly by night.

I have emailed NNESI regarding a return 4 times at service-nnesi.com and have still not received and email back. I'm am submitting a claim with my CC company to see if they can block the payment:/

I wish I had googled the company before ordering. The items were way too small and I wanted to return them. We had seven email exchanges since. Because they said I could keep the items I got I had agreed to them sending me a different size, although I needed to send them $20US and they gave me an email to send it to. I tried to do this by PayPal, who said that this email address is not in their databank, and by eTransfer which went through on my bank, but they said they didn't get it and to send it to the following email, which was the same address they had given to me before. I asked several times for a phone number to contact them and to tell me HOW to send the money. I got referred to their shipping fee page on their website which had no info on it. I then asked why they are not answering my questions and wondered if emails are replied to by a computer. Each time there was only one sentence in their replies that would not answer my requests. Each time it ended with the sentence Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via service-nnesi.com. Now I'm stuck with $200 worth of clothing that doesn't fit and no way to return it, exchange it or get a refund.

I ordered 3 tops from Nnesi. One was OK, the other 2 were too small. I contacted the company x our returning the 2 blouses for my money back. First they told me they would send me a bigger size in one blouse if I sent them $16 more. I refused. Then they offered me $25 refund to keep the blouses. I said no. Then they offered me $35 and for me to keep the blouses. I said no again. I want to send the 2 blouses back and get my $73.98 back. The blouses are too small so they do me no good. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!!!

The shirts I ordered both ran small. I tried to find out how to return them. They didn't answer my email. there is no info on their website. Do not order from this company.

NnesI is bogus, packaging shows "Made In China", return address, Joe Doe 475 Supreme Dr, Bensenville IL, not NC. Ordered 3 tops, sizes run very small and material not of great quality:(

I paid $84.48 for two dresses. I should not have to pay another five dollars to get information as to how to return the items I am not happy with. I want a complete and full refund of my $84.48, therefore someone needs to send refund or return authorization information as soon as possible.

Having the exact roller coaster ride with this company. Paid $171 for four pieces of clothing. Started out with a $40 offer to refund, then $88, now (and their final) $110. Finally gave me an address in New York to return the merchandise. I wonder where I'm actually sending it. Terrible, fraudulent business.

This company is a scam. I bought 2 dresses that were poor quality with no labels, and rough seams. Zippers were uneven and hard to use. This company is in China, not NC as they advertise and the change their name every few months! They say 30 returns but give no address. When I emailed, they sent me an address in China. The cost to mail them was probably more than they were worth - and no guarantee they would refund your money.

I agree this company is a scam.The fabric and sizing is very poor.I don't think I can give the cloths away.

Same thing happened to me. Sizing was all off and when I requested to return, I was offered pennies on the dollar for the order and told their warehouses are in Dubai. Do not order from this company.

Don’t go near these people. Horrible quality, bad design and sizes are off and there is no way to return merch that does not fit. The email they give you to contact for returns does not exist and nobody gets back to you. Be careful about them using other websites to market their c**p especially websites that claim their products are manufactured in the Carolinas. While consumers in the US are sophisticated and have rights that is not the same in all countries.

Definitely a scam. I ordered several pieces. They took forever to arrive and were sized very small. Have reached out twice to return but have received no response.

Made in SC - what rubbish! I stupidly ordered a blouse from them, which took several weeks to get here. When it finally entered a U.S. tracking system, it was on the west coast! How do they get away with their USA-made claims?!

I just had an unsatisfactory experience with Nnesi. I ordered two tops, advertised as being made in SC. They were of poor quality and I wrote to their customer care requesting a refund and an address to return them. I paid $78 and they responded they would refund $18 - back and forth with only raising the $amount to $40 and no return address and offering to have me keep the items.
Not satisfactory!! They finally sent an address in DubaI as their only warehouse for receiving returns!

Certainly poor business practice, and lack of truth in advertising. They then said they hoped I had a good shopping experience and would continue as a customer. No way, and based on my disappointing experience, I could never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Report to FTC - false advertisement

After reading these reviews I realize I got scammed. Ordered 3 tops all too small and the fabric is some thin acwtate. Cannot wear it and in looking for how to get a refund, now see it is a waste of time. This company needs to be put out of business

This is so frustrating. They have such great designs - I'm always tempted by them. Why can't someone make clothes like this for real? Happy to pay a higher price. Grrrrrr.

I agree. I ordered 4 tops from them. 3 i'm keeping, 1 I want to return. The offered me to pay $15 and then send a new shirt but keep the old one.
Also the packaging is shipped from china and routed through John john Doe in Jamaica Queens. No packing information. Also label on garment doesn't have a "made in" tag so it is BS that they are made in USA. Also no fabric composition label either.

They are the worst company. they claim returns within 30 days, so not true. They won't take anything back. Stay clear of them

No way items were made in SC - and they gave me an address in DubaI for returns, stating it was the only return warehouse! False advertising, poor quality and bad business practices! Scam for sure…

Just recieved my order after weeks of waiting. Product is of the poorest quality.
I want to request a refund but after 45 minutes on line I still can't find an address or number to contact to get in touch with them.

Use the email address service-nnesi.com or find them on Facebook and use messenger to contact them. I don't think it will help but that's how I tried to contact them two days ago. Still no reply.

Complete scam! Here is my experience:
4/18/23- I ordered 3 shirts from a NnesI “sponsored” Facebook ad. What appealed to me besides the attractive clothing was that the clothing is “made in Fort Mill, South Carolina” and “shipped from Fort Mill, South Carolina.”
4/22/1/23- I received an e-mail from NnesI saying my order was shipped.
4/29/23-package still hasn’t arrived. I commented on their Facebook ad post about not having received my order a week after the e-mail said it had been (supposedly) shipped-from South Carolina. Red flag raised. It should not take a week to ship from SC to PA. I immediately received a FB message from NnesI asking for my order number. I responded. They immediately sent me the latest status of my order, which I already had been tracking. Very responsive.
5/1/23-My package was delivered. There was a shipping label from China on the package, partially covered over by a USPS mailing label. Inside the package, all 3 plastic bags that contained the shirts said, “Made in China.” What’s more, the beautiful, well-designed, removeable paper tags on the shirt were littered with grammar mistakes; it is obvious the tags were written by a non-native English-speaking person. There is a sewn-in label with laundering instructions on each shirt, but there is no label with material contents nor where it was made.
5/1/23-I messaged NnesI and told them what a fraud their company is. They immediately blocked me from responding again and blocked me from commenting again on their posts. All my comments warning people about their false advertising had been removed.
To add salt to the wound, none of the 3 shirts fit. I am not going to attempt to return them; I will save myself the aggravation. I am out $104.37. Luckily, I paid via PayPal, so this deceptive company does not have my credit card information. I will donate these made-in-China-shipped-from-China shirts to a charity where someone will enjoy wearing them, not knowing the fraudulent story behind them.
If you look at their posts, they only allow questions or comments that are favorable to them. I believe that NnesI also operates under different names because I see the same articles of clothing and “Made in Fort Mill, South Carolina,” and “Shipped from Fort Mill, South Carolina” under several different company names advertising on Facebook. These companies need to be shut down!

Absolutely scam company. They advertise clothing made in South Carolina and shipped from South Carolina. Wrong! Made in China, shipped from China! I received my 3 shirts today clearly labeled "made in China" and package was mailed from China. They appear to be operating under several different names. They need to be shut down!
