I ordered a tree from them back in early November and reached out to their support email address only to be blown off - they thanked me for my interest in purchasing a product instead of actually responding to my email. I finally got a delivery and it was a pack of toothbrushes like others are saying. Trying to fight/dispute the charges with my CC company as this is a total scam :(

I ordered a tree in October and received an ornament. I will report them to Facebook. It needs to be removed.

No products received they sent me email that the products will be delivered late and not to worry.

I have reported them to Facebook n intragraph they are being investigated n my bank already reimbursed me n they are also putting a fraud alert to the proper authorities to china n all countries working with them sad these people get away with this but u must inform all ur people on Facebook n instagram so they can get out the word too

Ordered a Christmas tree, got toothbrushes instead.
To return them would cost over $100.00.
With no guarantee I would get a refund or reimbursed for mailing back the toothbrushes as they requested.

Please do not order from this company. My husband ordered the Christmas tree and we received an ornament. It was not even shaped like a tree! We have contacted the bank and got my husband's card # changed and we disputed the charge. We will not be receiving a refund as the bank did not grant the dispute. We just paid high $$'s for a small ornament.

I also ordered a Christmas tree November 7 and have not received it yet. I don’t think I will be receiving it. I will also call my bank and see what can be done but Facebook should take them off and make them pay for what they have done to lotta people

Not all companies in China is bad. There are reputable companies, the problem is to find the right ones. That is why you should research a company before buying, so do you not get tricked by the too-good-to-be-true prices.
