Scammers are sending scam texts like the one below from 'online.banking.activity.alerts' asking potential victims to call various telephone numbers from different area codes. Therefore, recipients of text messages from 'online.banking.activity.alerts' are asked not to follow the instructions in them. If you receive a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.

Received a message in my phone messages: online.banking.activity.alerts-801-e-services.com The message said: (Call 8666311179 Now ! 801#) Your Debit Card have been locked! Account-ID: 50058792106!

I looked up the number and it brought me to this website as a scam. Not cool.
