Scamming - Fraud
Scammers are sending the Linkt scam text messages below. Therefore, recipients of the same or similar text scams are asked not to click the links in them. They should delete them instead. The aim of the scam is to frighten and trick potential victims into clicking the links in the fake text messages that go to phishing websites.
On the fake and phishing websites, visitors will be asked to submit personal and financial information, which will be used fraudulently by the scammers who sent the scam text messages. Therefore, if you were tricked into disclosing your financial information, please contact your bank for help.
