Is Maciers a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of maciers.com

I'm wondering if anyone has reported this to the police, maybe we should file a class action lawsuit.

I ordered 3 sets of pots Jan 5 still nothing can't get phone or email answers so long ago can't remember what card I used to get them !

Ordered clothes on mid November. Until this time received nothing. Usual scammers.

I ordered $35 products 2 months ago. It showed delivered but I never received. I emailed customer service and they said they are going to do reshipment but its 1 month and nothing received. Now its showing the shop is closed. It's scam and they made a lot of people stupid.

I order first of December still now no shipping has on my address, but they show me my shipment on the way, never it.

Ordered on 12/27/22..today 1/31/23..Nothing yet saying is in California no movement..Disputed w my bank...RIGHT to GOOD TO BE TRUE.

I bought some goods on the 29th December 2022, until now I still haven't received it. The tracking system saying that it was delivered to me but I don't get it. It might be the scam then

This is scam . I bought some goods on the 12th of December, nothing has been delivered upto date

Maciers tucked me up, I ordered over £50 of goods from them and I am still waiting for them to be delivered almost 2 months now. Bunch of crooks. When something is too good to be true then it often is. No point asking for your money back you won't get any of it. I put this down to experience.

Scam site, ordered goods on 27th Dec. Cancelled my credit card when read the reviews. Fake company. Thieves.

Do not use these companies they will rip you off I bought supposedly a jacket from them months later I still haven't got my jacket nor a refund on my money just a bunch of running around the bush and lies

Maciers, a scam site. Sending only one useless ring for the order. Authorities has to take strict action on these persons who promote such scam sites.

Maciers is a SCAM... We ordered many things (clothing, shoes, etc..) Nothing arrived.. After many emails with them, asking them for a track number, it was obvious that they cannot be trusted.. Few days ago, they sent 2 rings with the same 2 order numbers.. We asked them where are our orders, and why did you send rings, all they had to say, this is a xmas gift!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM.. they use fake names (Lele, Lulu, Eva)... and the rings package was sent from Toronto with a person name (YI Tong), which is weird for a selling store to write names on any package sent... They claim to be in Ireland (address on their site)... The package was sent from toronto... SCAM SCAM SCAM... Why can't this be stopped by those who sell domain names ??!! and I suggest we all announce as much as possible to local news sites in our countries to specify a column weekly warning people from such sites...
Just writing comments for days and days will allow such fake sites to keep Scamming more people for a long time !!!!

when we told them why did you send rings and where are the stuff we ordered, they said the rings are xmas gifts... they used fake names (with no last names) for emails. Lele, Lulu, Eva, and the rings came from Toronto with the name YI tong !!! SCA

I ordered stuff on 14 december 2022, pots , jackets and towels worth £40 and and up to new year had not received anything. I contacted them thts when they said your order has been shipped. On 5 January 2023 it started showing delivered on the tracking app but never received a thing. I asked them and said it might have got lost. I asked them for the details of the delivery company and they could not provide. I asked for a refund and now they are saying it takes 15-25 days for it to be processed.These are liars people dont get scammed of your hard earned cash

It's a scam website. I ordered jackets, towels, nighties and shoes. The order arrived today and it was a ring!!

I sent an email but no response yet.

The same happened to me on 29th Dec. I also got a ring delivered to my home. Shame on these guys.

I ordered some set of pots it is now a month without receiving the goods. Now I know I have been scammed

The maciers site is Scam because I got scam, I didn't receive my stuff and when I try to contact the customer service through email, the person saying that the stuff we're delivered which wasn't true. Total scam

I have just had the same experience as the other reviews - ordered Pots and Pans Set Nonstick 20PCS, Granite Coating Cookware Sets on December 10th 2022 and got a tracing number. - I was tracking and just noticed it says "delivered" but on 30th December. I contacted them through their email and got a reply mail stating "We are glad to hear from you.
We are deeply sorry that, as our product is well-selling at market this season, we are busy during this special time. But please don't worry, we understand your concern of your issue and please trust us we will process your case soon and will update the result for you.

I think this is a total scam and The payment of US dollar 26 seems to be lost. I can't believe I too fell for this. I suggest all " Not to buy anything from them and any payments too"

I fell for this scam as well. I never would have if not for the fact the ad was on Google. Now I see every day the same clothes being offered at various prices on different websites that all look the same on Google. If you can find out where they are, it usually is Ireland. C’mon google. You’re either part of it, which I seriously doubt, or not making sure your advertisers are legit!!!!!!! Stop being the conduit for scammers because people have come to trust YOU!

HI I bought 3 winter coats for Macirers website I was even a tracking number the tracking ended at UK depot however no local company 17tracking said they might but have to pay a £1 fee to locate last time a company asked me for£1itbwas a bank scam. I contacted Macirers many emails requesting information saying I haven't received my all-in parcel and now I tried to email their website isn't working so I have been scam no coats and no refund

This has turned up on youtube I have reported it.

Maciers ad is a scam company I have researched online and have came across people who have been scammed. I am usually a good judge but this ad nearly got me

Why is this company allowed to advertise on youtube as it is clearly a scam I knew straight away it was a scam selling stuff so cheap these used to be popular back in the 90s when it was so easy and it seems that a global platform like youtube are complicit in this fraud.

As previous comments fell for it. Ordered towels x 2sets, set off pans x17, 8 Dec.
Received a pair of leg supports 24 Dec.
Emailed them, got a serves me right reply.
If appears too good question it, Wish I had.

I came here to look for reviews because the prices were unbelievably low. As the saying goes, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.

Then ? No one is doing anything against this company? What about all the money they are stealing from people???

I ordered pots and pans on Dec 8 2022. 2 orders and you took the money out of my account on Dec 9 2022

I have not received my orders as of yet and the date is 12/21 /22

Where are my items

My order also said delivery but not yet delivered its been two months.
How do I get refund.

Said my item was also delivered but was not delivered. Recieved a fake message saying it was delivered also.

Do not buy with them. They are just scam and send you fake cheap toy despite how much you paid and ordered.

Said item was delivered was not. No response from Maciers when I contacted them
