Dummy Shopper Scam and Stolen Credit Cards

A dummy shopper is a scammer or thief who uses stolen or cloned credit cards or information to purchase items and sells the same items in exchange for cash. The scammer also uses fake IDs to falsely verify the identity of the credit card owner.
