Will I get my money back £53.00. Spent over £50.00 as you got free postage. Ordered at Xmas not seen anything for my money.

Same for me except 2 cheap scarfs

OMG I am dealing with the same thing. I received ear muffs ! I'm still arguing with them about not receiving the ordered items and getting a full refund. They want to charge me for delivery of 13.99....

I ordered Christmas trees and lights but only received 2 pair of earmuffs ....must have a warehouse full of muffs to get rid of... :-(

This store is a scam. I order their Christmas wreaths and never received them. I contacted them and claim they were delivered. When I asked where they said to check with your post office. PO knows nothing about this order.

Scammed as well. Beanie and neck warmer for me. Offered 40% refund.

Ordered after Christmas and projected delivery dat was January 15-17. Nothing yet. Contacting my credit card company tomorrow and reporting fraud.

Me too - earmuffs. I ordered Christmas items on Jan 1 and have not received any of the items I ordered.

I ordered several Christmas decorations, never receive any of them, but today I received a beanie and a neck warmer. I didn’t order it and didn’t know who sent it or where it was from. Do I just contact my bank, they got their money, it show up on my statement.

I didn't receive what I ordered. I received ear muffs and a scarf. I live in Florida and don't need ear muffs. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a “Twinkling Snowman” on December 29. Today I received a pair of gray earmuffs. It appears this is a scam. Will contact my credit card company

This store is a scam. I did not receive the item I purchased and it has been a month. I received some little scarf in the mail today. Definitely calling my credit card company to get the charges taken off.

I also received fluffy ear muffs, can’t believe I fell for this scam it’s true what they say “if sounds to good to be true then it is too good to be true”
Hope these scammers get caught & punished. It’s about time facebook took some responsibility for allowing these adds on their site

I tried contacting them 6 times and nothing. The tracking provided says it can’t be found. Why does Facebook allow these companies to be a part of their advertising?? God will sort it out!

This is a Scam..it also went under the name toptvs. Or crestsand.. they are big ripoff selling the same Christmas items. Run far away. Delete any response to them. Fake
