Test-kit-home Scam Text - Fake Test Kit Home Purchase

Scammers are sending the fake Test-Kit-Home scam text below to potential victims with a link to test-kit-home .com. The aim of the Test Kit Home text, which claims the recipients have been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, is to frighten and trick them into clicking the link. The link goes to a phishing website that steals personal and financial information.

The Test-kit-home Scam Text

you've been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive. please order a test kit: hxxps//test-kit-home.com

On the phishing website, visitors will be asked to purchase a test kit and will be asked for personal and financial information in order to do so. But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers behind the fake text, who will use it fraudulently.

If you have been tricked into submitting your financial information at hxxps://test-kit-home.com, please contact your bank for help.
