Sadly, like many other victims, I ordered on October 27th, 2021. Within two weeks I received a text message stating they were behind in shipment but they were working on it. I received an invalid tacking number in November. Two weeks later, the shipping label had been created with weight but Fedex has not received any package as of January 2, 2022.
I have emailed over 5 times and I have also tried the "chat with us now" box on their website. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because it seemed like it was two brothers just getting the business started. I have had zero response in months. On the "chat now", all it will tell me is that my order has been confirmed.
I really wanted this to work out and truly gave them more than enough time and chances. At this point, with no communication and the fact that they have a new launch of packages selling now does not sit right with me.
I recommend not ordering from this place - you might as well go buy your own lost packages. Cut out the middle man, disappointment and hassle.
