Portaheat is a generic device that anyone can purchase and resell. If you look at the product in the image below, you will notice that it does not have the name "Portaheat" on it. As a matter of fact, there is no name on the device. I did an image search for the Portaheat device in the image below and found out that the same heating device is branded under the name Hotix Pro. That same device does not have the name "Hotix Pro" on it. Portaheat Heating Device Sold at a StoreGeneric products like Portaheat cannot be trusted because they can change their name, especially when consumers start complaining due to misleading advertisements. This will make returning the product and getting a refund difficult. If you want to ensure that you are able to comfortably return a product you have purchased, search reputable online stores for the product, instead of purchasing it from an untrustworthy website or one that you know nothing about. If you think you were misled in buying the product due to false advertisement, you will be able to comfortably know that you can return and get a refund, instead of getting the runaround and the promise you will get a refund that will never happen.
