Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Worst online company.

I received the harnesses but the mystery box did not arrive, when inquired this I was told the bone shaped dog collar tag was the mystery gift. That’s not a box of mystery dog products.
C**p response saying the tag was the mystery box and have a nice day.
Have reported to PayPal will have to wait and see what happens.
But I would say steer clear of this site!!!!!

I have used them twice and have never had any problems with them. I received the harnesses that I ordered and they were very good quality. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Harness buckle broke after 2 weeks totally useless and they don't care, no response.

There is no service with this company.
After placing my order, I discovered with my PayPal account that I was charged in AU $. I sincerely thought I was paying in au$ from the beginning. So it was a shock to me. I would not of ordered if I had known. I immediately sent them a message to cancel my order. They replied with if you do not hear from us in 6 hours we can not stop it being sent.
According to the website there is a 30day refund!

After several emails back & forth with them being adamant that they would NOT REFUND !!!!
I have not opened my parcel & have asked for the return address several times. These people need to practice good customer service, which is what they lack. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE????

I received my dog harness. But it ripped apart in only 48hrs. & the company is unresponsive to replace the item. I do not recommend

I have ordered and received harnesses, leads, and collars.They were separate orders that did take a while but I received what I paid for.

Cannot agree with the above comments. I ordered a dog harness and admittedly it did take a while to arrive, but it eventually did and is exactly as advertised. Am pleased with the product for the price paid.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are impossible to contact. Online chat is NEVER available. Their phone is disconnected. I sent numerous detailed emails and finally received a response which was a form reply that didn't address my concerns.
Wish I'd never seen their Facebook post.

Ordered free harness just pay for shipping. Received today took about four weeks which considering the distance it travelled is excellent.Very well made and robust easy to use. In our world of scams in my opinion these are not one of them.

Charged for 2 harnesses. Only sent ONE. Will not respond to emails as they have SHUT DOWN their Facebook page and disconnected their phone. I even sent them a copy of my credit card statement and "Stacy" said, "you got one, what's your prob"?

Got the harness which was great. Ordered a couple of jackets and the one I tired practically shredded the first time I used it and my dog barely pulled. I cant get anyone to email me back and I have tried several times. They did ask me to send pics 2 months ago and I have sent them 3 times with no response. A waste of $70. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND EXCPECT TO USE THE RETURN POLICY THEY BRAG ABOUT. horrible customer service and I am still getting their daily sales emails... amazing.
