The ICBC rebate scam below, which claims recipients will receive a one-time gas relief payment, is being sent by scammers in an attempt to trick their potential victims into clicking the link in it. The link goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal, or financial information.

Recipients of the ICBC rebate scam are asked not to click the link it, they should just delete it. Potential victims who have submitted financial information on the phishing website they were taken to, are asked to contact their bank immediately for help.
