I got scammed on chlorine tabs. BEWARE DO NOT BUY! I wish I had looked at this site first!

  • May 7, 2022 at 2:43 PM by an anonymous user from: Columbus, Ohio, United States

Not only do the not ship the chlorine tablets, they follow up with an Email that states the item was delivered bu the USPS.The

The Email said the item was left with the receptionist, but this is a private residence. They use only Pay Pal because you can’t resolve or stop payment, as PayPal said you need to resolve with the seller, who unfortunately is the scammer.

    • May 4, 2022 at 11:11 PM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

I got scammed for chlorine tabs on April 13 2022 and my Bank Sun East Federal Credit Union CREDIT card service said that the claim does not qualify as a recognizable billing error even though I was scammed and the money from my credit card for the exact amount went to another place where I was billed. They sent my money to another location Hungerprevention.org and I tried to call both places several times but no one answered so I left several messages but no one called me back, tried to email and no response to my emails.

Ordered chlorine tablets, never received anything.

  • April 30, 2022 at 9:58 PM by an anonymous user from: San Francisco, California, United States

Ordered some chlorine tablets form the site. Looked totally legit, even limiting the number of buckets you can order just like all the pool suppliers do. First red flag was that my PayPal payment went to a person, not a company. No email confirmation or shipping. Contacted the seller: nothing. Filed with PayPal. They are giving me the refund.

  • April 29, 2022 at 2:11 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

Got my money back because I paid with PayPal through Visa. Major credit cards have good fraud protection. People who paid through their bank are probably and if by Zelle out the money. Don't sucker in, check reviews first before buying from any unknown website/company.

Do not purchase anything from this company, either as Rollingcart.com or Rolingcart.com.

They will take your order and your money and you will NOT hear from them again.

They will NOT answer your phone call, it just rings, rings and rings... and they will not answer your email either.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM

  • April 23, 2022 at 4:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Los Angeles, California, United States

Why is this site still up, it said to have been shut down. Still going on face book, why do they not care about stopping scams, they seem to welcome them. Who governs this stuff, they don't do their jobs or have skin in the game.

  • April 23, 2022 at 1:20 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

  • April 21, 2022 at 5:59 PM by an anonymous user from: Ocala, Florida, United States

I order a raised garden planter and I had a feeling something was wrong as Just saw it for 2/3 rd the there cost. I tried calling and E-mailing, but no answers.

  • April 21, 2022 at 5:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

I understand how easy it can be too get scammed by people like this. However, if you read anything on their site, you will notice that their grammar is off, and that some sentences don't make sense. If the price is too good to be true, just dig a little deeper and you can easily spot the "red flags".

    Good luck!

  • April 21, 2022 at 3:08 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown, Manchester, New Hampshire, United States

Oh wait I see. They use two different names. They're now up at "Rolingcart" (one l). So rollingcart.com may have been shut down, but they are now up at rolingcart.com instead.

  • April 21, 2022 at 2:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown, Manchester, New Hampshire, United States

It's definitely up now. I saw some way too good to be true 10% pricing on some mobility scooters and then a whole bunch of weirdness in the page (the wrong pictures for the products, different stats at the top and bottom of the page for the product). Like so many other comments say, it hasn't been shut down.

  • April 21, 2022 at 2:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Orlando, Florida, United States

The website is called “Rolingcart.com” with one L or they have changed it. Then they send you an email confirmation under “Grove City Community Library”. So heads up…

  • April 20, 2022 at 3:39 PM by an anonymous user from: Palm Harbor, Florida, United States

C'mon guys - $81 for a $400 Toro lawnmower? Shipping included. And many similar "way too good to be true" items and prices. There's no way Google, the FTC, Paypal or anyone else can keep track of these scams. If a stranger walked up to you on the street and offered a side of beef delivered to your home cut into steaks and so forth, would you give him the hundred and then wait a couple days for the truck? If a stranger on the internet makes such an offer you don't even know where in China or India or Pakistan he might be.

  • April 20, 2022 at 8:28 AM by an anonymous user from: Hicksville, New York, United States

Was about to order chlorine at a ridiculously low price, so I checked for fraud here - glad I did. Why doesn't Google or someone shut them down and prosecute? They can be tracked down with a little effort. Has anyone ever gotten anything actually purchased?

  • April 20, 2022 at 2:22 AM by an anonymous user from: Cleveland Heights, Ohio, United States

    • April 20, 2022 at 4:23 PM by an anonymous user from: West Jefferson, North Carolina, United States

Yea retards they need to shut it down and google is advertising them

  • April 19, 2022 at 6:10 PM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

It is not shut down! I did a Google search for apartment freezer and their site was one that offers a 5 cu ft chest freezer for $89.00 and free shipping! That's half of what Wal-Mart is asking for the same freezer! The 1 clue that I should look them up as a possible scam, was the item description said it weighed 5 pounds! What?!? Thanks for the heads up on this one before I ended up with a huge headache!

  • April 18, 2022 at 10:44 PM by an anonymous user from: Cookeville, Tennessee, United States

I a couple hours ago made a pending payment for some Dewalt Tools. I tried many times to cancel through Pay Pal. Got directions to cancel and the page did not have a place to cancel. Was not helped with Chat got a bad number referred by them. I sent message to my bank but have to wait until tomorrow. Payment shows as pending at my bank. PayPal is not easy to navigate and provides bad help information.

This article says the Roling Cart site has been shut down, but I just found an ad for a Briggs and Stratton mower at an unbelievable price, so I sent the link to my neighbor who suggested it’s probably a scam, which brought me here. Thank goodness he said that, but I don’t know how to get that ad removed from the internet.

I ordered a walk behind trimmer and paid through PayPal so I disputed it on my PayPal account and PayPal declined it. They said they reached Cheney Winter who is the place or person who got paid for it. They (Cheney Winter) told PayPal that it was delivered, but I got no order # or tracking# from them. They took me for $71.58 I will not be ordering online too much after this. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE

  • April 17, 2022 at 5:09 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

Their ads on Google Chrome are side by side with legitimate companies. Suckered in for chlorine yesterday, then thought, cheaper than two years ago? Checked reviews, found this website, cancelled within minutes on their contact form and emailed PayPal and phoned Visa to cancel and report fraud. Paypal immediately notified them, so hopefully the scamsters didn't get me. Why can't the government, Google, or Paypal shut them down? Or will they just pop up with another website?

Just as the guy with the power washer I was just online to buy cordless tools that was too good to be true and before I finish the purchase something told me to look it up and sure enough it was a scam. Supposedly in 4/2 they were shut down but this is 4/16 so they're still up and running.

  • April 17, 2022 at 12:02 AM by an anonymous user from: Temecula, California, United States

I was just online thinking of purchasing a DeWalt power washer. They asked 79 which is too good to be true for that type of washer. So before I finalized the purchase I did some research and find out this is a scam. Why these people are still up and running and why is paypal still connected with them.? So much for paypal and their ability to sift through scams. Bottom line is this, we all want good deals on items, but if it looks too good to be true its because its not true. Be careful shopping deals that are too off other retailers prices. And beware any site that begins by telling you why they have such good deals.

  • April 15, 2022 at 10:17 PM by an anonymous user from: Dallas, Texas, United States

Scam I never got an email with a receipt of purchase, but they did charg my card...no conformation. To good to be true I payed before I did research. 80.$ for a 1,400.00 lawn mower Ha...Shame on yall and shame on pay pal for allowing theese people to use their platform to take people money...I will no longer be using pay pal...

  • April 15, 2022 at 12:22 AM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

  • April 14, 2022 at 5:11 PM by an anonymous user from: Monroe, Louisiana, United States

I also made a "purchase" through the site. I am cancelling my credit card. They fraudulently reported the web address of the Chicago Women in Philanthropy as their contact information on my card statement. I contacted the Philanthropy and they are doing everything they can to report this fraud on their end.

I searched for a gas pressure washer when this site popped up next to other on Google for a DeWalt pressure washer for $79 just like another person did today. I knew immediately this site was full of it. You just about can't even get a DeWalt battery for that cheap. FOH with that.

  • April 9, 2022 at 5:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Burlington County, Southampton Township, New Jersey, United States

The site showed up high in Google’s shopping links when I searched for a DeWalt pressure washer. The $79 price was obviously a scam so I searched the site name & found this thread. Apparently Google doesn’t mind promoting shady businesses. 🤷‍♀️

Glad I did more research, because the price for for the product I wanted was just too good to be true-and of course it wasn't. I was just on the 'Roling Cart' website ten minutes ago and it was running strong. If it was supposedly shut down, the site should be inaccessible! The crooks are everywhere, and these days it is truly "caveat emptor"!

Never received a confirmation email from them only received PayPal receipt. • April 6, 2022 at 10:57 AM by an anonymous user from: Bullhead City, Arizona, United States

It seems to be operational NOW, with a subtle spelling change. I came across "rolingcart" with ridiculous pricing on a patio set and found this thread when looking into it. Says it is based in CA, but phone is a NY number. When called, Verizon says "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Definitely "phishy."

  • April 5, 2022 at 10:40 AM by an anonymous user from: Denver, Colorado, United States

I was about to purchase something from them but had questions about the product. I called the phone number listed, odd that it was a direct number instead of an 800 number, but figured maybe a start-up or small company. No one answered the phone & no voice mail. I'm glad I found this article informing that it's a scam company so I didn't lose any of my money, although I'm concerned that the website hasn't been pulled down.
