I asked them to cancel my order the following day from my purchase date and they said they can’t cancel as my order is being processed. I said if that’s true, please provide me with a tracking number for my order, they took a week to get me a tracking number. (I emailed them everyday until ingot a tracking number). They finally provide me with a tracking number and the USPS has not scanned it into their system and takes them another week to finally start tracking. I live in Los Angeles, CA and the tracking number showed out for delivery in SAINT JOSEPH, MISSOURI!! I informed them about this and they told me to start a claim with USPS as it’s “not their responsibility anymore” because they “shipped” & “delivered” their goods. TOTAL SCAM!!! I wish id seen these posts/comments before I purchased my item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!When I told the “representatives”
