The "uspsbjm" or "USPS BJM" website located at usps.uspsbjm.com is not associated with the United States Postal Service. The website is a fake, malicious, and phishing USPS website operated by scammers that steals personal and financial information. The phishing website is disguised as a USPS website used to collect payments, but any personal or financial information submitted to it will be used fraudulently by scammers or cybercriminals. Scammers send USPS text message scams to potential victims in an attempt to frighten and trick them into clicking the links in them, which go to fake USPS websites.
