I received the organic castor oil roller today and the roller ball is not a rose quartz roller as advertised. I know it is not good for plastics to sit in oils for a long time because the oils will leech the toxins out of the plastic. I am now seeing this is not a reliable site.
I placed on order. It has been 3 weeks and still have not received my merchandise. I sent an email to see when I might be receiving my order. This email went unanswered. I will not use this company again and do not recommend it to anyone
I placed an order on December 7th. Reached out multiple times to try and get any information about its arrival. Have yet to hear from them. Took my $92 and no product or way to look up the shipping.
This place is a scam store. I ordered $100 of merchandise from them and 2 months later they can’t even provide tracking information.
Do not order from this company! Never received the ratchet straps ordered for $184.49 on credit card. Their phone number is disconnected. No way to contact them.
Ordered hardware products for my company 4 months ago and still have yet to receive anything or any helpful suggestions from their support team. Stay away from this and everything they sell. Companies and sites like these are scams.

I placed the order with this company like two weeks ago. The order number that I was given, it says not found. They took money out of my account, but I never received an email saying when will my order be delivered at this point I’m trying to see if I’ve been scammed
